yes it’s called a colaboration she comes with ideas, styles colours, details in the pieces, makes edit to clean up the look …ect …ect.ect…she that is design. Drawing and sewing is not the entire process of fashion.

blister100! VB was seen at London fashion week in her phony ‘fashion designer’ alias. A writer in the Mail noticed that unlike ‘real’ fashion designers who do sketches and write notes VB decided to sit at the front with other celebs posing just to have her photograph taken.

StrawberryBigMac! She has worked really hard! She’s toils creating fictitious ‘imaginary’ dresses in her minds eye. Once she has ‘designed’ her ‘imaginary’ dress in her minds eye she then tells other ‘professionals’ to draw, cut, measure and produce a dress for her.
My heart bleeds for her spending at least 8 hrs a day creating ‘imaginary’ dresses by visualisation. I bet those care assistants types doing 12hrs shifts caring for elderly alzheimers O,A.P’s got a lucky escape from fashion.
She also got people talking about which is all part of making a successful line…not exclusively technical skills. their is plenty of ppl with tech skills who cant make good clothes to save their life.She never said she was YSL either.She’s not taking all the credit either.Just because you have a good voice doesn’t mean you can be a successful singer. It’s much more dimensional then that. Their is a lot of designers who have people draw, sew and cut for them….they are still designers/creators
shes not a “lottery winner” she worked hard 2 get where she is,she knows more about fashion then most designers im sure.her clothing is gorgeous& their is a reason its getting amazing reviews cause of her impeccable taste.Of course she didnt come up with the line entirely herself but she made the vision and the collaboration.

Jordan was called an author on TV this morning despite herself previously admitting she does not write her own books. A bit VB-ish really.
Jordan uses a ghost-writer Victoria Beckham uses a ghost-designer. Could you imagine someone in the real world calling themselves a plumber and getting away with it? Trading standards/police would be right on the case.
She’ll be ‘designing’ buckets next probably costing £1000 a time because her name is on the side! She cannot draw one but can instruct her behind the scenes ‘technical’ team to draw her ‘vision’.
Her vision? A hollow plastic cylindrical shaped object with a big hole at the top to pour water into and with handle on top to carry it. The colour? Blue is in! Buckets are the chic must have for accessory 2010!
Take a look at her ‘passion’ 9 years ago when she was trying to launch a solo career. It was music and singing and she ‘wanted to do this for this rest of my life’ nothing against her, she’s just not a desinger. I agree it take’s flair & vision that’s why budding designers go to college to harness their natural talent and learn all about the trade.

Have you ever heard of an architect, draughtsman, building ‘designer’ who cannot draw?
i love the line ‘The femininity of the bow, the masculinity of the contrasting zip’ I think she’s had a 2hr course in ‘Fashion Designer terminology’ and there you have your qualifications. Clothes are Roland Mouret with her name on. I feel sorry for students spending 3/4 years training to have ’slebs’ suddenly call themselves designers, Kate Moss included. Access to top fashion designs & wearing them does not make you a fashion designer. I like running, does this make me an olympic athlete.
ha, you are so deluded ..it takes so much more to be a designer then education or technical skills. It is about natural flair, visionary talent, a lot of designers don’t do their own sketches and patterns ect. Her experience comes in the form of spending 15 years in the world of fashion and know what people want.

The reason she has or is doing well im sorry but is because of people like you giveing her over kill credit and buying her shit, had she not been in sg nobody would care less about her clothing line. i also think its down to that shes married to David. She is clueless about fashion the image what you see is the outcome of her stylist, all celebritys have 1 for all public appearances.

@fuckyou1458 why do you say TRY and sing? she has a pretty good voice, only spice girl to have ALL her singles go to number one, she was always known as the fashionable one of the SG so its no surprize she is doing this, she has great style, she knows whats in and she gives her INPUT as she says in a lot of interviews on the clothing and style.
I agree on buying the name part, but she does know what shes doing, that is clear if you watch other interviews and look at behind the scenes vids
